Paper Title:

Effect of Trust, Quality of Products and Quality Services on Purchase Decisions on E-Commerce Shopee in Palembang City

Abstract: Purchasing decision is the decision of consumers to buy a product or service as desired. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at e-commerce Shopee in Palembang. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study were 100 respondents who showed the results that the variables of trust, product quality and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in e-commerce Shopee. there is one variable that has dominant influence on purchasing decisions, namely the variable trust in purchasing decisions

Paper Title:

The Effect of Prices and Promotions on Purchase Decisions on Cement at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk

Abstract: Purchase decisions are actions taken by consumers to make a product purchase. This research has purpose to analyze how much influence prices and promotions on cement purchase decisions at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk and the dominant influential variables. The sample numbers in this research by using 150 (one hundred fifty) respondents. The technique used in sampling of this research was purposive sampling. The method of analysis is by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis in this research indicate that the price and promotion variables have a positive value and significant effect on purchase decisions and independent variable that has a positive value, significant influence and dominant influence is the price variable on cement purchase decisions at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero), Tbk

Paper Title:

Analysis of the Influence of Product Quality and Promotion of Consumer Decisions to Subscribe to Mnc Vision (Case Study at pt. Mnc Sky Vision Palembang)

Abstract: This study aims to look at consumer decisions in subscribing to MNC Vision at PT. MNC Sky Vision Palembang with independent variables of quality research and promotion. The study population was 540 MNC Vision customers in Palembang in 2018. As for the sample, there were 100 customers at the MNC Vision Palembang. This study uses the research method of multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the test results it was found that there was a positive and significant influence on the quality and promotion of consumer decisions in influencing consumer decisions to subscribe to MNC Vision.

The Effect of Work Culture and Organizational Commitments to Performance of Employees Factory of Pt Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk

Abstract: this research aims to analyzes the influence of work culture and organizational commitment on the performance of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 181 employees of PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The results of the study can be concluded that the independent variables namely work culture and organizational commitment can influence employee performance significantly in PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk.

Abstract: From this research, it aims to identify the effect of training and work culture on employee performance. Data was obtained by filling out questionnaires on 132 employees at PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that training affects employee performance. However, there are still many other influences that should be included in the research so that the results of the study are more optimal. As a suggestion, other variables can be used as a comparison to find out more things that affect employee performance.

Values Investment Models Of Multicultural Education in Yayasan Sultan Iskandar Muda Medan

Abstract: This study aims to describe the values investment of models multicultural education among students. The focus of the problem related to the implications of the investment of the values multicultural education against the attitude of tolerance as well as curriculum and instruction implementation of planting multicultural education values towards tolerance and curriculum and teaching applied to students. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of the study illustrate that multicultural values via integrated subjects is sociology, social sciens eduation, PPKn, religion, history and other supports with the models of a multicultural approach to forming study groups, the seating arrangements that blend with each other as we provide a place of worship for every students so that each student can appreciate people different from himself.

The Implementation of Multicultural Education of Sosial Studies in Indonesia

Abstract: Multicultural-based learning in Social Studies is urgent, considering that post-reformation shows the disintegration of the nation with a variety of issues, as well as various issues that all lead to conflicts that threaten the disintegration of the nation. Therefore, some of the focus of this study is a multicultural-based Social Studies learning model, which based on its design has the potential to accommodate multicultural issues that ultimately create a conducive learning environment for diversity values that are very useful in efforts to reduce ethnic conflict and enhance the values of national integrity. Multicultural education as an instrument to encourage schools to play a role in instilling awareness in multicultural societies and developing tolerant attitudes to realize the needs and abilities to work together with all the differences that exist.

Abstract: This study aims: (1) To determine impact of service quality, covers tangibles, reliability, assurances, responsiveness and emphaty simultanly to prepaid electricity customer satisfaction and (2) To determine impact of service quality, covers tangibles, reliability, assurances, responsiveness and emphaty partially to prepaid electricity customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Region S2JB Rayon Mariana Palembang Area. The study design used is conclusive. The samples used were 100 respondens. To measure the influence between variables, used multiple linear regression and to test the hypotheses used to test the hypothesis F and t. Results of the study are: (1) There is a signifikan effect on tangibles, reliability, assurances, responsiveness and emphaty simultanly to prepaid electricity customer satisfaction, (2) There is no signifikan effect on tangibles to prepaid electricity customer satisfaction, and (3) There is a signifikan effect on reliability, assurances, responsiveness and emphaty partially to prepaid electricity customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Region S2JB Rayon Mariana Palembang Area.

The Effect of Perceived Value and Personal Selling on Participants 'Decision on Employment BPJS Bengkulu Branch (Case Study on Wage Non-Recipient Category Customers)

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived value and personal selling on participants' decisions on BPJS Employment in the category of Non Wage Recipients (NRP). The population in this study were all BPJS Employment participants in the Non Wage category during 2018. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables perceived value and personal selling jointly influence the decisions of the BPJS Employment participants. Perceived value has a positive and significant effect on participants' decisions and personal selling has a positive and significant effect on the decisions of BPJS Employment participants.

The Influence of Spiritual Quotient Toward Subjective Well-Being of Student of Muhammadiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta High School

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spiritual quotient towards subjective well-being of students in Muhammadiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta High School. This research was quantitative research. The subject of this research was students of class X and XI of Muhammadiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta High School as many as 227 students. The technique of data collection was using scale of spiritual quotient and scale of subjective well-being in theform of questionnaire. Data analysis was using simple linier regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that: (1) as many as 211 students (92,95%) have high level of spiritual quotient, 16 students (7,05%) have moderate level of spiritual quotient and there was no low level of spiritual quotient of student, (2) as many as 176 students (77,53%) have high level of subjective well-being, 51 students (22,47%) have moderate level of subjective well-being and there was no low level of subjective well-being of student, (3) Spiritual quotient has positive effect and significant toward subjective well-being of students in Muhammadiyah Boarding School Yogyakarta High School as big as 48% with significant value (Sig.) of 0,000 and t-count as big as 14,418.

Cyber-Bullying Prevention Effort with Multicultural Education Approaches in School

Abstract: This study had purposed to describe the efforts prevent cyber-bullying in schools through a multicultural education approach. The main problems of implementation and models of cultivation multicultural education values among students are could to prevent cyber-bullying at school is happened. The method had used in this study is qualitative with the type of library research method. The results illustrated are the implementation of multicultural education in schools is supported through the school climate, school curriculum, school advice and infrastructure, the role of teachers, school programs and activities as well as students. The method chosen in value management is based on students' dynamics, relaxed and does not suppress students. When teaching in class the teacher also applies multicultural education by familiarizing the mutual respect for one another, creating a democratic classroom atmosphere, and instilling multicultural values routinely. With these policies, it is expected that education will make a significant contribution to the problem of cyber-bullying. Through education in schools the development of open attitudes towards diversity, tolerance, and understanding togetherness as needs will be able to be invested and developed as capital in the life of the nation and state so as cyber-bullying events can be prevented before they occur.
