The International Journal of Management and Humanities (IJMH) is an open-access, peer-reviewed, monthly international journal with ISSN 2394-0913 (online). It is published by the Blue Eyes Intelligence Engineering and Sciences Publication (BEIESP) periodically in January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and December since 2014.
The International Journal of Management and Humanities (IJMH) focuses on publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed original articles in Management and Humanities, encompassing Business Strategy & Policy, Business Administration, Organisational Behaviour, Resource Management, Organisational Theory, Entrepreneurship, Business Models, Business Frameworks and Tools, Public Administration (Political Science), and Social Sciences.

The author can electronically submit articles at any time using the “Article Submission System”. The submitted articles must not have been previously published or be currently being considered for publication elsewhere. Additionally, submitted articles must fall within the journal’s defined scope. All articles undergo a peer-review process that includes double anonymisation. The Editor reserve the privilege to reject any article lacking originality or quality without submitting it for peer review.
Authors can use proofreading tools such as Grammarly to improve the quality of their articles. When submitting to an open-access journal, authors should be ready to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to publish their work and retain the copyright. Authors should familiarise themselves with the journal’s editorial and publishing policies.
The article will be published online without delay after the rigorous peer-review process and approval of all required documents. However, the editorial team will decide whether to assign the article to a specific issue (see archive). The authors will receive the notification as appropriate. Additionally, if the submitted articles align with a specific theme, the editor can invite the authors to contribute to a special issue.
