Abstract: In educational institutions at all levels, curriculum and instructional strategies are essential factors that need to be considered. These are the strategies that have the primary aim of formulating course content by grade level. According to the curriculum, educators implement instructional strategies. Educators are required to be well-informed about various factors that facilitate the development and improvement of curriculum and instructional strategies. The grade levels of students are a crucial factor that needs to be considered when implementing multiple types of curricula and instructional strategies. Educators need to consider the standards and ensure that they facilitate the promotion of student learning. To achieve educational goals and improve the overall educational system, the curriculum and instructional strategies must be enhanced. Hence, when researching curriculum and instructional strategies, it is necessary to supplement information with relevant factors. Furthermore, the inculcation of traits of morality, ethics, diligence, and conscientiousness is regarded as vital to do well in one’s job duties and generate desired outcomes. Consequently, educators and coordinators of curriculum and instruction will contribute efficiently to generating the desired outcomes. Therefore, it is wellunderstood that the upgradation of curriculum and instructional strategies is essential in carrying out all types of tasks and activities in a satisfactory manner. The main concepts considered in this research paper are the factors influencing curriculum and instructional strategies, as well as the measures to be implemented, leading to the improvement of curriculum and instructional strategies.
