Abstract: The main objective of this research paper is to understand that among employees, it is necessary to lead to upgradation of motivation levels. As a consequence, the mindsets of the individuals will be stimulated, and they will render a significant contribution by putting in their best efforts to carry out tasks and activities in an effective manner. Individuals in leadership positions are required to implement various factors that facilitate the upgradation of motivation levels. The different types of factors include giving rewards, incentives, promotional opportunities, pay increases, paid leaves, paid vacations, and so forth. The job duties and responsibilities are both manageable and complicated. These are put into operation on an individual basis or in groups comprising two or more individuals. Hence, to carry these out in a well-ordered manner, one needs to be well-aware of various types of approaches. Furthermore, it is necessary to implement multiple methodologies and procedures effectively. As a consequence, one will contribute efficiently in doing well in one’s job duties and generating desired outcomes. Hence, one will be able to meet the expectations of individuals in leadership positions. Therefore, encouraging motivation among employees is vital in leading to the upgradation of the overall structure of the organisation. The primary concepts examined in this research paper are understanding the meaning and significance of employee motivation, measures to be implemented for encouraging motivation, and the benefits of motivating employees.
